Adult Boxercise Classes:
These classes are always a good honest all round workout, working every part of your body, legs, stomach & upper, through a boxercise workout designed for all levels of fitness.
After an initial warm up, we will work out the core with a series of exercises. Then we will move on to some aerobic exercises in the form of a circuit, after which we will do some rounds of either pad work or bag work, finishing off with a cool down stretch.
If you wish, you can always stay on for some ring work!
